This was a fun, impromptu, and beautiful session with my friend Ashley and her family, out at my house in Ferndale. It was the perfect timing, too, because the weather has been mostly rain since! I love getting friends in front of the camera, and it is extra enjoyable when they are also photographers! Us photogs tend to stay behind the lens, and need some encouraging to get in front!
I love making new friendships, and this year has been full of that. The community of creatives we have here in Whatcom County is pretty great. I am so thankful for it!
