Kelsey and I met when we both worked at Starbucks. It seems crazy that if that wouldn’t have happened, I wouldn’t have such a special friend in my life.
Covid 19 really changed our plans for all the photos we envisioned during Kelsey’s pregnancy. Just a few days before she gave birth I told my husband how devastated I was that I hadn’t seen Kelsey during her entire pregnancy. We live just 3 hours away from each other and it felt so sad to me that I hadn’t had any time with her in so long. I texted her asking if I could come for a visit the next day and take some bump photos before baby boy was born. I truly cannot put into words how good this day was for me. After being in quarantine and all of the stress that came with that, it was the perfect day to get away from everything. There is nothing like catching up with a close friend after so long apart. Ugh, I loved it. It was really special for me to see her pregnant with her very loved little babe. She looked so happy and beautiful.
Baby boy was born just 3 days later <3
