I wanted to blog this session for all of my mamas waiting on their newborn session. I know this time is crazy, and it is devastating to miss having your baby photographed soon after birth. It’s hard on me, too! I want to encourage all of you that there are still precious moments to be captured of your baby, even if they’re not “brand new”. This session is of my niece at 8 weeks old, along with my sister, her husband, and their older daughter, Anya. This session was weeks ago, and I had planned to blog it sooner, but now I am glad I waited!

I hope you are all encouraged by this. I think these photos are just as beautiful and special as a newborn session done at a couple weeks old.

If you need more encouragement, please reach out. I have offered to edit iPhone/camera photos taken by my clients, while I am unable to photograph them. It’s not the same, but it is something that can be done until we are able to work together again!
